Terms:
REMEMBER THEY ARE JUST BABIES!!!!!
This is a contract between the seller and buyer. This puppy is guaranteed to
be in good health at the time of purchase. I guarantee this puppy for 72
hours from the time of sale as long as the following requirements are met:
1.Seller recommends that the buyer have the puppy examined by a licensed
veterinarian. The buyer is responsible for this expense. If the puppy is
declared to be in a life threatening condition or a congenital problem is
determined by a licensed veterinarian, the buyer shall notify the seller
immediately.
2.Return the live puppy and written statement from a licensed veterinarian in
less than 24hrs after the veterinarian has examined the puppy and made
the report. Then a refund will be made.
3. Minor health problems than can be cured by medication, are not covered
by any guarantee.
4.No guarantee is made on problems not detected by a licensed
veterinarian.
5.Seller is not responsible for any accidents that happen after puppy leaves
sellers possession.
6.Completing puppy vaccination series and annual booster shots are
encouraged. Failure to provide proper care and health management shall
void this agreement.
7.No guarantee against hypoglycemia, or any other common problems
such as; coccidia, giardia, diarrhea, wormy stool, ear mites, external
parasites, and other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee
and are the responsibility of the buyer.
8.There are no oral representations or warranties not contained herein.This
sales contract contains the entire agreement between the parties. All
implied guarantees are hereby excluded.
